Overview
Evoking 1930s Hollywood glamour, Selby’s is a masterclass in mood. This 8,000-square-foot "tuxedo-inspired" retreat is sharp, tailored, and unapologetically prestigious. It offers a sense of permanence and privacy, serving as a sophisticated sanctuary for its high-profile Silicon Valley clientele.

Outcome
The restaurant’s spine is a dramatic, sweeping grand staircase that connects the intimate, low-lit lounge to the more expansive dining levels. This architectural transition is framed by deep-set booths in rich mustard and emerald velvets, creating "rooms within rooms" that prioritize conversation and exclusivity.

A multi-level fine dining destination on the Peninsula, designed to feel like a private residence rather than a restaurant. Obsidian lacquer, cognac leather, mohair, and a curated gallery of over 100 vintage pieces give the space the weight of somewhere that has been there for decades.
