Overview
The objective was to create a high-impact, "Instagrammable" destination that feels like a portal out of the everyday. The design leans into a playful, candy-colored palette—utilizing iridescent "dripping-scale" tiling and neon signage to create a sense of movement and wonder within a modern industrial shell.

Outcome
The centerpiece is a massive, light-filled service counter wrapped in textured, mint-green paneling. We used a "jewelry-box" display approach for the donuts, making the product the hero of the space. Above, a custom neon sign declares, "this is where the magic happens," acting as a perfect backdrop for the social-media-driven guest.
Designed in collaboration with Bacchus Management Group in San Francisco. A concrete-and-glass industrial shell balanced against iridescent texture, globe pendant lighting, and character-driven signage — turning a high-volume transit corner into a destination with a distinct identity.
